Mrs Gledhill-Powell is an experienced HR practitioner with over 20 years’ experience across Australia and New Zealand. Before Regis, Mrs Gledhill-Powell held senior roles at Iluka Resources, Roy Hill and BP. Mrs Gledhill-Powell holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology & Sociology) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. Mrs Gledhill-Powell joined Regis Resources in February 2025 in her current role of Executive General Manager People and Capability.
