Mr Conversi has over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry, working both internally and externally across a range of commodities. Mr Conversi has worked extensively in Australia, New Zealand, North and South America, West and South Africa, and Indonesia delivering on all aspects of the Human Resource Strategy. Tim is an outstanding facilitator and public speaker, having developed and facilitated hundreds of leadership programs and acting as the Master of Ceremonies at Safety & Leadership summits for groups well over 100 participants. He has coached individuals and teams across all levels, from Front-Line Supervisors in the field to the C-Suite. Mr Conversi has gained a strong reputation for designing and implementing HR & OD strategies in the ASIA Pacific, Africa and South America Regions. With a passion for safety, his focus is getting the right people, in the right role doing the right work. Mr Conversi has completed a Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of Western Australia, and is a CAHRI member of the Australian Human Resource Institute. Mr Conversi joined Regis in April 2020 in his current role of General Manager People and Capability.

Mr Evans has 25 years’ experience in the minerals industry and has a deep understanding of global precious and base metals mining industries. He has spent the last 14 years in both corporate and independent advisory executive roles, pursuing M&A opportunities, including proactive and reactive identification of opportunities. He is experienced in corporate transactions (mergers, takeovers) and associated due diligence and valuations and has managed project divestment processes and negotiations. He has a track record in initiation, development and execution of corporate development strategies and transactions from both company and advisory perspectives. Mr Evans joined Regis in January 2019 in his current role of General Manager Business Development.

Ms Macrides is a solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in legal and strategic consulting roles. Her project experience includes commercial roles at Rio Tinto Iron Ore and she has strategy consulting experience in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne across a broad range of industries. Elena also spent a number of years in private practice as a solicitor at two national firms. She is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Laws and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. Ms Macrides joined Regis as Assistant Company Secretary in May 2020 and was appointed Company Secretary in January 2021.

Mr Latto is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience including 12 years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer within the Australian gold sector. Mr Latto was previously Chief Financial Officer for Doray Minerals Limited for approximately six years and has significant corporate and commercial experience. Jon has also worked with Ernst & Young in Australia, America and India on projects primarily related to finance function reform and previously worked in London in a variety of financial roles. Mr Latto is a Chartered Secretary and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. Mr Latto joined Regis in August 2019 as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. In January 2021 Mr Latto resigned from the role of Company Secretary and continues as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Gula has more than 30 years of operational and executive experience working across a range of commodities and jurisdictions, having worked in Australia, Africa, China, USA and Indonesia and has proven operational capabilities in both underground and open pit mines. Mr Gula most recently worked as a senior executive of Sihayo Gold Limited (ASX: SIH). Mr Gula also previously held positions with Nyrstar, a European based integrated metals and mining company, PT Bumi Sukesesindo, MMG’s Rosebery Mine, Sino Gold, IAMGOLD, WMC Resources, Mancala Contracting Group, Aberfoyle Resources. Mr Gula holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering (mining major) and a Masters of Business Administration (Technology Management). Mr Gula joined Regis in December 2019 in his current role of Chief Operating Officer.
